Dimensions:
A reclaimed Victorian painted pine front door with two panels for glazing. The door is solid and well made with mortise and tenon joints. The door has two solid recessed panels at the base with decorative mouldings on the front face. The top half of the door has two panels, ready for glazing. The door has a space for a letter plate. The door has been painted blue on the front face and white on the internal face but the paint has stains, marks and has some losses and you may wish to sand and re-paint it to suit.
The door has some signs of wear and some damage, as expected of reclaimed items. There are some knocks, chips and one of the top corners has some damage where it has been knocked. Some of the panel sides have some slight gaps in-between the panel and the mouldings. The door has some surface splits. The door has some holes and marks from hardware removal. There is some residue glazing putty around the panels for glazing. The door height and width may need slight levelling. The door has one hinge, which has surface rust and you will therefore need to source new hinges. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is a nice traditional item and it will make a lovely feature for a period home.
