A reclaimed painted pine internal four panel door, likely to date to the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. The door is well made with mortise and tenon joints and has a traditional design with four recessed panels with decorative mouldings. The pine has been painted dark green but the paint has chips and flaking and purchaser will need to sand and re-paint the door to suit. The door is reclaimed and therefore has some signs of wear and age. The door has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners. The door has some holes, marks and some damage from hardware removal. One of the doors top corners has a crack and some separation to the joint. The hinges have surface rust and will need to be changed. The door height may need slight levelling. The door is approximately 1cm out of square from the centre to top corner of the lock edge, please contact us if you need any further information about this. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is a very nice item with good traditional character and is ideal for a period home.
