A reclaimed Victorian stripped pine four panel internal door. The door is well made, with mortise and tenon joints and has an elegant traditional design with four recessed panels on each side, surrounded by decorative beading. The door has been stripped to bare wood but there is some residue dampness left from the strip tank that can be seen on the base panels. Please note, due to the dampness the door is NOT suitable for painting. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of its age. The door has some holes, marks and damage from hardware removal. The top two panels of the door are bowed (see last picture) and the door had a dart board attached to it and there are many small dart holes. We can add some wood filler to the holes, for an extra charge. Please contact us for details and a quote. There are some deep scratches, knocks and marks to the pine. The hinges have some tarnish. The width and height may need slight levelling. One of the top joints has separated slightly. The door has some dampness that can be seen on the bottom panels, from stripping. The door cannot be painted. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has a very nice traditional design.
