A reclaimed stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to C. 1890-1900. The door is well made and has a traditional design with four recessed panels with beading around them on one face. The door has been stripped to bare wood in a strip tank. There is some residue dampness left from stripping that can be seen. The door is NOT suitable for painting due to the residue dampness. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of its age. One of the panels at the base of the door is missing most of the decorative beading. The door has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners. The joints have some separation. The door has some scratches, marks and discolouration. The lock has some surface rust and there is no key. The hinges have surface rust. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has a nice traditional design.
