A reclaimed, well made, stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to the late Victorian period, C1890. The door has a traditional design with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller, with decorative mouldings surrounding them. The pine is stripped to bare wood and it has a nice colour. The door is a reclaimed antique and has some signs of age, some damage and some repairs. The door has had a large patch repair to one top edge. There is a further, smaller patch repair to the same edge. The door has some knocks, chips, splintering and light damage. There are some surface cracks in the wood. The pine has some discolouration and stains. There is some residue filler on one side of the door. The door has some wood knots. There are holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. The door height and width may need some slight levelling. There is some old, cracked, filler around the panels. The door may not be suitable for painting. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has nice traditional charm.
