A reclaimed stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to C.1900. The door has a traditional design with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller, surrounded by decorative wooden beading on one face. The pine has been stripped and has a good colour and an attractive grain. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected of antique items. The door has some knocks, chips, marks and splintering, especially to the corners and edges. The door has some surface splits including one larger split along the top edge. The door has some filler applied to wood knots and some damage at the base of the door. There are some holes, filler and indentations where door hardware has been removed. The lock edge is slightly notched where the lock was fitted. The door has some further small holes. The door height and width may require some levelling. The pine is stripped but some paint residue can be seen. The door will need new hinges. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has a nice traditional look.
