A pair of solid and heavy Victorian pine reclaimed doors. The doors are suited to interior use and are well made with mortise and tenon joints. The four panel doors have 2 large panels over 2 smaller rectangular panels, all with mouldings surrounding them. The solid panels could be removed and converted in to glass panels if preferred. We can convert the panels and glaze the door for an extra charge. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. Door hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser. The doors have been waxed and have a nice finish but can be sanded and painted by purchaser to suit. The doors are ideal for dividing a large room. The doors are reclaimed and do have signs of use and wear, as expected of antique items. The doors have some knocks, marks, scratches and chips. There is some slight damage to the rebated edges with some cracks and a small amount missing. The doors have some light discolouration and staining. Some door hardware holes have been filled. There is some residue glue to some joints where they have been strengthened. One door has had a circular patch repair. The door heights will need to be levelled slightly. New hinges are required. The doors are solid and have a lovely period design that would add great character to a home.
