A pair of elegant Victorian pine French doors with panels ready for glazing. The doors are very well made with mortise and tenon joints and gunstock stiles and are very thick and therefore are suited to both internal and external use. The doors each have 2 large panels ready for glazing with plain or stained glass. We can quote for glazing, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. Each door has a recessed panel at its base with moulded edging. One door has a slim metal pull handle on each side. The pine has been waxed and polished and has a lovely colour and grain. The doors are reclaimed and have some signs of use and wear. The doors have some small knocks and chips, especially to the edges and there is some damage and splintering to one of the glazing bars. There are some surface splits and deep scratches that do not affect the structural integrity of the doors. There is some filler where the original door hardware has been removed. There are some light scratches and marks. One of the doors has some damage to the base, please see pictures for details. The inner edge of one door has a patch repair. The door heights may need slight levelling. The doors have a lovely appearance and will make a fantastic feature within the home.
