A pair of reclaimed, early Victorian, internal pine doors for glazing. The doors are well made with mortise and tenon joints. Each door has a flush panel on one side and a recessed panel on the other. The doors each have a large panel ready for glazing and they have been fitted with new glazing bead to accommodate the glass. We can offer glazing for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The doors have had a rebated edge added so they sit well together. The front face of the doors have been sanded and the back face and sides are painted. The paint has marks and chips and purchaser may wish to sand the painted side and re-finish to suit. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected of antique items. The doors have some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners and the right hand door has some slight damage to the outer edge near the bottom. There are some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details. One door has had a patch repair strip. The doors heights will need some levelling. The sanded face has some colour variation and residue paint. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have fantastic Victorian character, are well made and would add great style and charm to a home.
