A pair of handsome, reclaimed, painted pine glazed doors for internal use. The doors have been well made with elegant gunstock stiles and are likely to date to 1890-1900. Each door has a recessed panel with decorative beading and a large panel that has been glazed with clear toughened glass. The doors have closing beads on the inner edges so they sit nicely together. The doors have been painted but the paint has some marks, chips and cracks, especially where there are joints and you may wish to sand and re-paint the doors to suit.
The doors are in solid antique condition with some signs of age and some repairs have been carried out. One door has had the bottom panel replaced due to damage. The doors have had some patch repairs carried out. The doors have some holes and marks from door furniture removal. The doors have some knocks, leaving some damage and splintering, mainly to the edges and corners. The hinges are very stiff and have some surface rust and they will need replacing.
