A very attractive reclaimed pitch pine Gothic style external planked door that could also be used as a large garden gate. The door is very solid and well made and the pine has been varnished and has an attractive deep colour. The main feature of the door is the beautiful arched top in the Gothic style. The external face of the door is planked and the internal face has a thick pitch pine framework. The door is reclaimed and therefore has some slight signs of use and wear. There are some knocks and chips to the wood. There are some scratches, marks and some stains, especially to the base of the door. There are some holes where door hardware has been removed. The hinges have some slight tarnish. There is a mark where the old door signage has been removed. The door could be stripped and re-finished by purchaser as desired and with a varnish or paint suitable for exterior use. The door is very well made and solid and has a stylish appearance. Perfect for a gothic or period style home, the door is a very desirable item.
