A very handsome, large, pine internal or external door with stained glass panels. The door is very striking and has a lovely, shaped, top and recessed planked panels above and below the stained glass. The leaded glass panels have attractive green glass pieces and green roundels. The door has a varnished finish but could be stripped and refinished by purchaser with a varnish or paint. The doors have very unusual two way hinges that are in working order but could be replaced by purchaser to suit. The door may need a top rail making to allow for the shaped top to fit within a frame. Please contact us if you require any advice. The door is very well made, solid and heavy and is of a very tall height. The base rail can be cut down to 203cm, for an extra charge, please contact us for a quote. The door is a reclaimed antique and has some slight signs of use and wear. There are some knocks, chips and scratches to the wood. There are some small holes and some marks where door hardware has been removed. There is a small knock to the top edge and there is some light damage to one base corner. The door has a patch repair to one edge. One glass roundel has been replaced with a plastic roundel. The door is a fantastic example of 1920's design and will make a fantastic show piece within the home. A very desirable and well made door.
