DF0001 MADE TO MEASURE PINE FRAME / OAK SILL FOR DOORS UP TO 1M WIDE

Made to measure frame for doors up to 1 meter wide and 2.2 meters tall.

Traditional heavy timber frame with pine side posts and top rail and a solid oak sill. The posts are set into the oak sill to avoid any twisting in the posts and are shouldered into the cross bar. Rebate depths can be altered but the standard size is 45ml. The frame will be primed and undercoated and the sill will be oiled for external use. The sill has a slope to allow water run off. The frame will come with a galvanised wet bar set into a slot in the sill to stop water and cold air. The frame will be set up with a slot on the inside edge of the frame for a draught excluder. Self adhesive draught excluder will be supplied seperatley with the frame as when the door is fitted it can hide the fixings.

The side measurement of the posts are 95mm

Front face of the posts 70mm leaving a 20mm rebate and 50mm either side of the frame on the inside for the door

The oak sill can be up to 70mm high and up to 150mm depth
