A very attractive Victorian pine front door with arched and rectangular panels fitted with etched glass. The door is of a good quality construction with mortise and tenon joints. The lower part of the external face has solid raised and fielded panels and there are flat panels on the interior face. The door has two large rectangular panels, three small arched panels and a larger arched panel, all fitted with pretty 6mm etched glass with a star design. The pine has been stripped to bare wood and is ready for finishing by purchaser. There are some stains and marks and the door may therefore be most suited to a paint finish suitable for exterior use. The door requires hardware, to be supplied by purchaser. The door is antique and therefore has some signs of wear due to age. The door has some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. Some holes have been filled with a filler and some patch repaired. We could patch repair existing holes for an extra charge. Please contact us for information and a quote. There are some knocks, marks and stains to the wood. The inside base edge of the door has some wear and notches out of it. There is a wood knot notch near the top glass panel on the external face. The door height may need slight levelling. The door is a very nice example of Victorian design and would make a fantastic feature within a home.
