A large, reclaimed, metal storage unit / cubby / pigeon hole. The storage unit has a fantastic vintage industrial appearance and has 28 square compartments. The unit would originally have been used in a factory or workshop to hold small parts and could be used in this way again. The cubby could also be made into a shoe rack, pigeon hole or in a café or shop to display or store items. The metal has been shot blasted, spray lacquered and polished and it has character tarnish that adds to the industrial feel of the item. The storage unit does have signs of use and wear, as expected of reclaimed items. The unit has some surface rust and tarnish. There are some scratches, marks and small knocks. There are two small holes in corners of two storage compartments. There is some slight separation to the folded metal pieces at the top of the unit. The unit will need to be attached to the wall as it is slightly unstable when standing unsupported. The storage cubby is incredibly versatile and has a great vintage industrial look, ideal for a shop or industrial style home.
