A petite original Victorian pine pew. The pew is of a lovely size, perfect for an entrance hall, breakfast nook or smaller kitchen table. The pew has an attractive colour and grain and the pine has been waxed and has a high shine finish. The pew has a traditional design with panelled back and shaped end pieces with a simple border. There is a slim shelf at the back of the pew. The pew is in solid and useable condition but has had some repairs and there are signs of wear, as expected of antique items. The seat has some large glued cracks but the splits are still visible. A replacement strip of pine has been added to the back of the seat due to damage, the seat is solid however. The bottom edges of the ends do have some knocks and wear and there are some small holes and knicks. The pine has some scratches and marks. Please see pictures for condition details. The pew is a very pretty antique item, with an abundance of rustic charm. The pew is perfect for smaller spaces and is a desirable and useful piece for the home or business.
