A very elegant reclaimed painted pine door with a large glazed panel, suited to both internal and external use. The door is very well made with mortise and tenon joints and has fantastic leaded glass. The glass is believed to meet current safety requirements and has a repeated diamond shape formed by the lead work. The door has strengthening bars on the internal face to provide support to the glass. The pine has been painted but has marks and scratches and will need sanding and re-painting by purchaser to suit. The door has 3 sliding bolts and a lever handle and key. Please mention to us upon purchase if you would like a receiver for the door. The door is in very good condition but does have some small signs of wear and age, as expected of reclaimed antiques. The door has some small knocks, marks, scratches and chips. The base of the external face of the door has some marks and residue paint where a weather strip has been removed. The strengthening bars have some slight surface rust. Some small scratches on the glass but no breaks or cracks. The brass hinges and metal handles have some scratches and tarnish. The base of the door may need slight levelling as it has a step cut out currently. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a fantastic cottage style appearance and the leaded glass is a real feature. The door is ideal for a rustic home or cottage and is desirable and stylish.
