A beautifully made rustic, farmhouse style, oak country bench. The bench has been made using old oak and has  solid oak legs. The bench has a very attractive appearance and the wood has been waxed and polished giving the oak a rich colour that accentuates the lovely grain. The bench is of a good size and is ideal for a hall or for pairing with a kitchen table. The oak has a great deal of character, natural wear and aging. The bench is solid and useable but has some signs of age that add to the benches charm. There are some character marks and surface splits within the wood but the bench is in solid condition. There are some small knocks and some treated woodworm holes. There are some natural uneven edges and corners due to the age of the wood and natural wear. The bench is perfect for a country home or cottage or perhaps a café. The bench has great style and is a very desirable and well made piece.
