A set of four very handsome, tall, reclaimed late Georgian or early Victorian pine room dividers / doors. The doors are thick, heavy and well made and have a very nice traditional design. Each door has four recessed panels, of varying sizes, with decorative mouldings. The doors are set up as two pairs and could be used in this fashion or could perhaps be converted so they can all sit together. Each pair currently have rebated inner edges so they sit nicely together. The doors have a scumble paint finish but the paint is flaking and peeling away and purchaser will need to sand and re-finish the doors to suit. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of wear and age, as expected of antique items. The doors have some marks, knocks and scratches. There are some holes from hardware removal. The door heights may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors / dividers are a fantastic example of late Georgian design and have an abundance of period charm. The doors are ideal for dividing a large room or for other interior projects and their size and design make them very desirable.
