An attractive oak table with a trestle base. The table has been made using quality reclaimed oak that sits on a steel trestle base with an industrial look that compliments the beautiful oak top. The table top has been made using 4 wide reclaimed oak planks with a paler oak border that offers a contrast to the slightly darker planks, finishing the table edges nicely. The steel trestle base has an industrial feel with curved feet and thin stretchers. The base has been lacquered to protect the interesting patina. The oak top is of a high quality and has had 2 layers of good flooring grade lacquer applied, highlighting the beautiful grain of the oak and offering some protection against spillages. 

The table is reclaimed and has some lovely character features that adds to its charm. There are some small wood knots and natural marks expected of reclaimed wood. There is some natural colour variation. The base has character tarnish, marks and scratches. Please see pictures for details. 

The table is reasonably lightweight making it ideal for a home office or it could be used for dining and is large enough to sit 6-8 people. The table is a beautifully made item with an exclusive design that is both desirable and useful for the home.
