A reclaimed oak cottage style plank front door. The door is very solid, heavy and well made and comprises of an oak frame and ledge construction with 7 planks set within the frame. The oak has an attractive and interesting wood grain and has been waxed or varnished but purchaser could perhaps sand and refinish the door, if required, as there are some marks, scratches, stains and discolouration. The door has a traditional style iron letter plate that has been painted black and good quality brass hinges. The door is in good reclaimed condition with some signs of use and wear, as expected. The door has some holes and dark shadows left from hardware removal. There are some knocks, scratches, discolouration and marks to the oak. The hinges and letter plate have slight tarnish. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a very handsome appearance and would make a nice feature for country or rustic home.
