A very nice, petite, reclaimed cast reconstituted stone fire surround. The surround has a nice appearance with attractive deep ogee moulding and chunky feet and is of an ideal size for a cottage or small living room. The fire surround could be paired with a small cast iron fire basket to achieve a lovely period look for a fireplace. The surround is in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and use, as expected. The stone has some discolouration, especially to the inner crossbar edge where there are some smoke stains. The fire has some residue fixing concrete or similar in-between the joints that will need to be removed by purchaser. The stone has some knocks and chips. Please see pictures for condition details. The fire surround is a desirable item and its petite size is unusual and perfect for a smaller property.
