A reclaimed, painted pine, glazed external door. The door has been well made and has a nice appearance with two raised and fielded panels at the base on the external face and recessed panels on the internal face. The top of the door has nine panels that have been glazed with clear glass. Please note, purchaser MUST CHECK that glass meets current safety standards. The glass MUST BE CHANGED if it does not. We can re-glaze the door for an extra charge, if required, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. It appears the glazing bead on the external face of the door has been changed at some point so we have routed the edges to add character. The door has a space for letter plate and the internal face has a finger plate. The door has been painted white but it has staining, chips and marks and purchaser will need to sand and re-finish the door to suit. The door is in solid condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The door has some holes and marks where hardware has been removed. We can patch repair hardware holes for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. There are some knocks and chips to the pine, especially the edges and corners. The hinges are of a two part design, with only one part attached to the door and will therefore need replacing. The door height may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is a good reclaimed item that would make a nice feature for a home.
