M1759 LARGE RUSTIC RECLAIMED OAK BEAM WITH ROUNDED EDGES FOR PROJECT

A large, heavy, reclaimed oak beam. The beam has a very rustic appearance with interesting characteristics and signs of age. The beam has a flat base side with notches and holes left from when it was fitted previously and the top side has been rounded. The sides and rounded area have been stained in a dark colour but it does have scratches and marks. The beam is solid but has some signs of wear, use and age, as expected of reclaimed items. There are some splits and surface cracks. There are some notches, knocks, holes, scratches and natural wear. One end has a fixing peg and there are some round pegs in the sides. Please see pictures for condition details. The beam is of a good size and has a great look, ideal for a rustic home project.
