A large and heavy reclaimed vintage school science lab worktop. The hardwood worktop is ideal for a project, such as for making a desktop. The top of the worktop has wear and discolouration and some paint and writing and purchaser will need to sand and refinish the worktop to suit. The worktop had holes cut into it for two sinks and for taps and there are notches in one edge. Purchaser could cut the holes away if desired. The worktop is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of wear, as expected. There are some marks, knocks and there are some surface splits and cracks, mainly at the joins between wood sections. The worktop has some colour variation. Please see pictures for condition details. The vintage lab worktop is very useful and is ideal for a diy project.
