A pair of reclaimed painted pine cupboard doors, likely to date to the early 20th Century. The doors have a traditional design with each door having one larger recessed panel over a smaller panel. The doors have a rebated inner edge. The doors are currently painted white but there are chips and flakes to the paint and some staining and purchaser will need to sand and re-paint the doors to suit. The cupboard doors are in solid condition but have signs of age and wear, as expected of reclaimed items. The doors have some knocks and chips. The pine has some surface splits. The front face of one door has a scoop out of the inner edge. One door has the hinges remaining but they have rust and are seized and they will need removing and all hinges replacing. The securing bolt has some tarnish. There is a slight gap at the top of the doors where the rebated inner door edges meet. There is some light damage at the base of one door where a hinge was removed. One door has a hole where the handle was originally situated. The door heights may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are perfect for an interior project and would make a nice built-in cupboard or small pantry doors.
