A pair of tall, reclaimed, Victorian painted pine doors / shutters, ideal for use as cupboard doors, larder / pantry doors or tall shutters. The doors are likely to date to the late Victorian period, C.1890-1900 and have a traditional period design. Each door has three recessed panels, with beading surrounding them on the front face. The back of one door has a shutter stay bar receiver but you can remove this if preferred. The inner edges of the doors have a rebate so they sit well together.

The doors have been painted white but there are stains from storage, scratches, marks, flaking and chips and purchaser will need to sand and repaint the doors to suit. The doors are solid and useable with some signs of use, as expected of reclaimed antiques. There are some small surface splits in the wood. There are some knocks and chips to the door edges and corners. The hinges have surface rust and some hinges are damaged and therefore the hinges will need to be replaced. There are some holes and marks from hinge removal. The door heights may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are of a very good size and have a nice traditional appearance, ideal for a project in a period home.
