M1841 A SET OF 10 RECLAIMED ANTIQUE RED AND PINK FLOWER FIRE TILES

A set of very pretty, reclaimed, antique fire tiles. The set comprises of 10 tiles with a red background and very pretty design with large and smaller pink flowers. The tiles are designed to sit in cast iron tiled fire, with 5 on each side, but could be used for other interior design projects. The tiles are in solid and useable condition with some repaired damage and signs of age, as expected of reclaimed antiques. Two of the tiles have sustained large breaks and have been repaired using glue. Some of the glue is visible on the front and back of the tiles. There are some small knocks and chips to some of the tile edges. There are some dark marks and stains to some of the tiles. The tile glaze has some crazing. There is some residue concrete or similar that is attached to the back of some of the tiles and one has some concrete on one of its edges. The tiles have a fantastic look and are of a very desirable design, making them ideal for fitting in to a cast iron tiled fire or for use in an interior project.
