A petite, reclaimed, rustic antique elm plank cupboard door, ideal for a bedroom or kitchen. The door comprises of five elm planks of a considerable age, that are secured with ledges on the back face. The elm has a good colour and a very nice rustic appearance. The cupboard door has two large, decorative, iron strap hinges and a thumb latch (please note it does not have a receiver for the latch). The door is in solid condition with a rustic appearance and some signs of its age, as expected. There is evidence of woodworm that has left small holes and some texture to the wood but the woodworm is now dead. The door has knocks, chips and splits. There are some large cracks and some gaps and holes from wood knots but the door is solid. One plank has some damage to its top. There is some colour variation and marks to the wood. One ledge on the back face has a hole, left from previous hardware removal. The door has some shadow marks and small holes from the removal of old door straps. Please see pictures for condition details. The cupboard door has a very attractive rustic / country look and is a lovely antique item, making it ideal for a home project.
